ive remove system restore but folder "SYSTEM VOLUME INFORMATION" is still on the process and cannot be deleted

is this bug or what??

actually you can't delete it unless you change the privileges of your account on that folder to full control.

ya I see now

but i make some privileges to another folders

if i Delete it can make trouble ??

if you are not using System Restore and/or Indexing Service, there's no effect.

Except that it keeps coming back when you restart. I even tried using a ntoskrnl.exe that was patched to remove the string "System Volume Information". End result was that I had to use cacls to access my d:\ drive (my c:\ drive is FAT32).
