How to install Y'z toolbar theme silently?

Hello Actually i downloaded a theme from www[dot]crystalXP[dot]net. I installed the theme correctly and its working fine. But I also got a folder named Y'z toolbar theme inside main folder, which further contains three files: 2png files [named: CrystalSVGCold.png and CrystalSVGHot.png] and 1 .ini file. [named: theme.ini]. Now what i don't know:

01. How to use them or install them [coz i think they are icon files.]

02. And how to install them silently.

Download Yz Toolbar and use your theme by copying this into its Themes folder.

You can install this silently using OEM Preinstalltion.

Use OEMPreinstall=Yes into your Winnt.sif and make dir tree; such as

Create a folder at root of your XPCD

$OEM$ --------> $Progs

Copy files into $Progs folder and make startup entry to start into first logon.
