how to install conexant high defination audio drivers

I have HP Notebook I have downgraded the Operating System (O.S) from vista to xp using retail version of xp. I am unable to install the Conexant High defination audio drivers.

I have installed the UAA drivers and I am unable to install the Conexant High defination Audio drivers.

Please help
