i have vista home premium and when i maximize my windows the bar around the outside of the window and the taskbar becomes 'not-aero' anymore, if i switch to another screen that is not maximized or when i am at the desktop it is fine, and if i resize the window it becomes 'aero' again. i was wondering if this is everybody or just me. if it is just me how do i fix it?

when u maximize it goes non areo but there is a modded areo theme somewhere that stays areo when maximzed
