**Standalone 98se Skinning Engine**

ShellWM, but it is abadoned.

I discovered the Illumination and CustomEyes too...

...i also opened a specific 3ad @ ReactOS > Design forum

...and seems that ShellWM is still alive, instead:

interesting. but tinhys lameskin exe with added files for taskbar skinning seems best.
