Is there a way to quickly get to the Vista Network Map like a shortcut?

Have your Network icon on the desktop then right click ---> Properties

Thankyou for your help, while this a quick of getting there it's not quite what i was looking for. this solution takes 2 steps, I was looking for a direct way of accessing it.
