Aaron Posted October 20, 2003 Posted October 20, 2003 I'm curious to know what the difference is, I've been told it contains a security fix already included in the Update Rollup, but included in this directx package for those who don't install the rollup.More info about this should appear on Wednesday.

RyanVM Posted October 20, 2003 Posted October 20, 2003 Can someone who's installed this check the version of kstvtune.ax? I'm wondering if they integrated KB825116 into it. It would be nice if it were one less hotfix to install . Other than that, I don't see what could have changed. I suppose if I were feeling really motivated, I could do a dxdiag output from both the "old" and "updated" 9.0b installers and compare the file versions. Maybe later tonight
