chipset driver but no .inf! only .cat!

i'm trying to format a hdd, and when i try to reinstall a clean copy of xp pro, it wipes the chipset driver as well as the sata driver,

i am trying to integrate the driver using nlite, but it is only .cat files, and no .inf files!!! nlite can't integrate those...

now i downloaded the drivers from the fujitsu website, but they only come in .exe applications! i extracted them and they gave me another application... infinstall.exe i extract that and all i get is .cat files!!!

can anybody tell me how to integrate the .cat file i need?

or where i can get an intel chipset 82915pm/gm/gms/ driver that has a .inf file i can integrate?

i tried intel's site and the driver i found for my chipset doesn't work!

If it's actually an Intel chipset that should work.
