Accidentally left something out....

Morning all.

I made an nLite'd XP and it runs great, but I have one issue.

I use Ventrilo for talking to my guildmates and friends, but now I get a message saying that the Text-to-Speech library is missing.

Does anyone know off hand what I need to install in order to get that back? Its kinda minor, I realize, but its something I'd like to install.

FYI, I'm talking after installation, not to add back to nLite.
