I'm rebuild x64 ultimate but WMI service wrong error massage : loadperf.dll not found

I'm mount install.wim and manual copy loadperf.dll system32 folder.

Now no problem

error loading iesetup.dll I'm push ok and continue

Have not noticed any problems with WMI service need to check. I did have problems running diskperf, which might not be necessary after removal of the Reliability and Performance monitor (I think loadperf.dll is part of this).
