Jaser
Hi Team,I am having a great deal of difficulty getting my network set up.So far I can only view and transfer data from my desktop (Vista Home Premium 32bit) to my Notebook (LG LW70-J3KA).When i view data from my Notebook that is on my Desktop I am asked for a username and a password. I enter these details in and everything is fine. However, when I try to view data on my notebook from my desktop I get asked for a user name and a password. This is where I run into trouble, says username and password are incorrect. :-(Any input will be much appreciated.Cheers,Jason

fizban2
in XP and Vista do you have simple file sharing enabled? if it is on for one you will need it enabled or disabled for the other as well for it to work correctly, simple file sharing can be found in the same place as XP (folder options->View-> Use sharing Wizard)
