Haecki Posted April 23, 2007 Posted April 23, 2007 (edited) Hi,in our company we would like to use 2 Partitions (C - System; D - Data) in our Windows Vista Entprise Environment. After installing and configuring the Operating System we would capture this state with the Windows PE command: imagexIs it possible to capture both partitions concurrently or do we have to capture each separate partition? If not - what´s the syntax of the imageX to append both and are there anythings to mind?Thanx for help!Greetings Haecki Edited April 23, 2007 by Haecki
mmarable Posted April 24, 2007 Posted April 24, 2007 I'm afraid you would have to capture each individually and treat them as unique images within the WIM. You'll have 1 WIM with one image being your C drive and another being the D drive. It would take 2 imagex commands to do.I could be wrong, but I don't believe there is any way of capturing 2 drives into a single image using just one command.
