just bought new laptop with wireless built in , went and bought a wireless usb card for my pc run network wizard on both host(main) comp and the client(laptop) ticked share a internet connection on my main comp the cards are finding each other and working but i cant get on the internet on the laptop (both pc's running xp pro) any help welcome.

For Internet sharing, I think that the computer with the Internet access has to have 192.168.1.1 with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0 as the IP address, and the others computers should have between 192.168.1.2 and 192.168.1.255 all with 255.255.255.0 as subnet mask.
