Multi user use of Outlook?

Hi

We are looking for a multi user option for email that will allow 2 or more users to access and use the same mailbox account at the same time (with or without some sort of message locking)

Is this possible and what configuration do we need to achieve this?

Setup an account and give everyone full permissions to it. Then add that account to their profile in the server options dialog.
