Weird error with connections

I've just reninstall Windows XP SP2 but I have the following error at events:

Source: RemoteAccess

Category: None

Event ID: 20151

Date: 7/04/2007

Time: 22:42:21 PM

Type: Error

User: Compaq

Computer: COMPAQ

Description: The Control Protocol EAP in the Point to Point Protocol module C:\WINNT\System32\rasppp.dll returned an error while initializing. The network request is not supported.

What causes this problem and how can I fix it?

Does the error appear *after* a restart? This is what I found on microsoft knowledge base, hope it helps...

The error appears after the restart and when I start the PC from zero. The article you mentioned doesn't say how to fix the problem.

You can try Dial-a-Fix to re-register the dll's.
