Odd video driver version question

Here's an odd occurrence of driver dates & versions.

The nVidia driver that came with my notebook is dated 2/10 & is version 7.15.11.65.

When Windows told me there were new updates & the video being one of them, I opted for it.

When it was installed it was dated 02/27 7 the driver version was 7.15.10.9815!

What gives with that?
