Push out Registry keys via GPO

How should I go about forcing out 2 new registry keys via GPO? I kinda lost myself, I have created the two new registry keys in one machine, exported them as a .reg file, but now i need to know how to apply them to all my computers.

Do i need to create a batch and if so could someone give me an example of a simple script they use to puch out so I can get a feel for how this is done and how to make mine work for what i need to do?

GPMC has a built in facility to distribute registry settings, so why not just use that?
