how do you fix it?

I am geeting problem with vmware tools and vmware virtual network driver.

I hope that you have got there by now, but if not, your virtual machine will install VMWare Tools from an .ISO file attached to the virtual machine (just look in the vm's My Computer). In the VMWare Tool's .ISO, click on "SETUP" and your tools will now install.
