Sereby Update Windows Pack is down - does anybody know why?

Please obtain any updates for Windows via either Windows Update, the Automatic Updates service, with Jcarle's WUD or AutoPatcher, and not some file put on MegaUpload. This leads me to believe you're acquiring updates for a pirated copy of Windows.

Microsoft Germany forbidded the makers of the packs to create and publish such packs Otherwise they wabt to take the creators to court

Which the people who made the packs should have seen coming. The only people to cry over this spilled milk are the "packers".

That´s why those packs require/have integrated WGA? Boy, think again. Meanwhile I do have 1 licence of XP Mediacenter, 3 licences of XP Professional, 2 licences of VISTA Ultimate, 2 licences of VISTA Business and 1 licence of VISTA Home Premium - for only 2 PCs.

I used these packs to integrate the updates with nlite
