Scripted Windows in IE7 issue

Hi all, in IE7 on all message forums I visit when I try to insert a hyperlink I get a popup saying "This website is using a scripted window to ask you for information. If you trust this website click here to allow scripted windows."

Of course if I click the information bar to allow, it's only temporary.

I never had this popup before IE7.

So how do I disable this setting as it's very annoying.

Oh, I'm using Vista 64 bit if it matters.
