BDD 2007 Missing DLL

After succesfully deployment of vista with WDS and WAIK, i've started to play with BDD2007 to try and make my life a little easier. The lite touch installation goes find, until about half way throught the vista image drop when it looks of a file called WDI.DLL.

I've looked on google and no joy, apart from one site that wants me to pay £13($20) for this one dll file.

Any ideas?
