Vista RC1 beta's for sale online?

I wont mention where, but you all know I'm sure which online auction it is.........

selling RC1 on there.

I am sure I seen that beta's are for evaluation only! and not for sale or trade

I thought I seen this in the agreement to get your key too.

I am kinda upset to see this and Microsoft does nothing to stop it and neither did the auction when I posted in thier forums.

I would like to think that I could have confidence in Microsoft to deal with this but I guess nobody cares.

I feel lees secure when this occurs.
