Cannot rename mapped network drive in WinXP nLite installation

I can confirm this issue.

Mapped a network drive same day as fresh nlited install. Now I can't access the drive nor map new network drives..... hmmmm what gives?

The fix copy 'n' pastet by Avien works perfectly - now for a couple of weeks.

Well, I finally bit the bullet. I tried the fix outlined in this thread and it didn't work for me. So, I wiped my computer clean and reinstalled everything from scratch. All I can say is that it is nice to have things working again as I expect.

And if anyone identifies what the root cause of this problem is/was, I'd be sure interested in finding out.
