I have a doubt on share folder password...

I have a home network of 2 machine, 1 laptop(A) n 1 desktop(B)...

I share folder vice versa...

However, everytime whn A accessing B share folder, it only sometimes prompt for B local password...

Is it possible to prompt for password always?

Beacause im afraid others might hack into my wireless network and access my file...

Restrict access to the shares across the network using NTFS.

Check this:

Share file/folder with user/group permission in XP pro

I do believe you cannot get the system to ask for a password everytime you access the folder.

Reason is, once you enter the password, it saves the password for that period you are logged in. Once you log out, then it will ask for the password again.

Only way to get it to ask for the password is to log out.
