Why was the minimum IE cache changed from 1MB to 8MB ?

I don't use IE but I also don't remove it. I prefer to set its cache to 1MB, but in v1.3 Final the minimum choice is 8 MB. Why the change?

Because IE7 is made like that.

Now you could say "detect if IE7 is inserted and provide separate tweak"

Then I would reply "too much fuss for something this weird...1mb...8mb...if you are too hooked to the 1mb then extract the tweak from the previous nlite.inf and paste it into the new one"
