desktop icon spacing doesnt work

Hello, i tried to change icon spacing to H:31 V:98 but when i click apply, restart computer the icons are not set correctly, in desktop properties -> Appearance spacing are set to H: 150 V: 41, and in the xpize setting is still H: 32 V: 32. So my question is how can i change icon spacing in xpize setting?
