I have been working on doing this for a couple days now but i have been running into some issues here and there.

what i would like to accomplish is getting a 1GB thumb drive that is bootable with:

1) DSL-N Linux

2) Darik's Boot & Nuke

3) Offline NT Password

4) DOS w/ NTFS Support

5) Memtest86+

6) PC-Check

7) Mini-Win

then extra boot options:

8) Boot To Hard Drive

9) Boot To CD-Rom

10) Boot To Floppy

11) Restart

this will all fit on a single 1GB drive the problem i am running into is that when it boots it will come up to a boot menu like it should but only certain objects will boot (ex: memtest, boot & nuke) yet linux will fail during the boot process and dos cant find the boot disk.

if someone could please help point me in the right direction.

i would like to accomplish this by making a bootable DVD and porting it to a USB device.

Get latest release of Grub4dos, here:

http://grub4dos.jot.com/WikiHome

Grub4dos can be used BOTH as a "no-emulation" boot image for CD/DVD and as a MBR on stick.

Thus porting the boot menu system between them should be easy.

Unfortunately grub4dos documentation is still very lagging, your best bet on having the info you need is to search on the 911CD forum for posts by "jaclaz" (yours truly), "spacesurfer" and "diddy" containing keyword "grub4dos".
