March 2, 200719 yr I think MS removed the ability to integrate the final version that way, hence your invalid switch message. ...Try nLite ?

March 15, 200719 yr so your doing this manually? so why are you using switches? I dont even get that. If your not doing it with nLite than you shouldnt necessarily need switches.

It installs good, but when i have a fresh install and a user here tries to login, he cannot start IE7, cause it just shuts down. When i login as Administrator and after that the user logs in again it works, but still not properly, cause even though i have a HomePage policy running it still goes to a "about:blank" site.So is it possible to run the microsoft ie7 installer with switches to install through SVCPACK?
March 20, 200719 yr i suppose windows installation must be validated for ie7 to install. this eliminates the way of installing through svcpack. only after the first login, windows could be validated. Edited March 20, 200719 yr by rajesh.kumar
