Problem integrating hotfixes and addons

Hi!

I'm preparing my first personalized Windows XP CD with nLite (RC2). I'm trying to integrate SP2 and some hotfixes (for Spanish Windows XP) I downloaded with Windows Updates Downloader 2.25 and some addons (Firefox, Thunderbird, Daemon Tools, Windows Messenger, Unlocker, Azuereus, eMule, Foxit PDF Reader, IrfanView). Everything seems to work because all this stuff appears in the folder \I386\SVCPACK\. However, I installed it using VMware and none of the addons were installed. I checked in add/remove programs and only 4 hotfixes were installed.

Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
