Unattended Office install won't work from DVD

I am trying to install Office 2003 as part of an unattended disc and I am having a problem.

I have created an mst file that only installs Excel, I have also created an XPlode xml that offers a selection of Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and Word this I have done by creating cmw files, the problem is that although I can get the cmw files to install from a mapped drive without errors when I try to use a CD\DVD to load on computers that are not currently networked the installer asks for the Office 2003 disc., The Excel.mst installs correctly

Does anybody know of a solution to this problem, I have checked the log file and can only find

MSI (s) (DC:80) [22:30:29:921]: Note: 1: 1729
MSI (s) (DC:80) [22:30:29:921]: Product: Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003 -- Configuration failed.

I thought it maybe to do with the path to the msi in the cmw file but as mentioned before they install OK from hard disk even though the original path specified doesn't exist anymore.
