Join this forum (it's free) and you shall see the light. Once you get registered, go into the Releases section (only available for registered users), then click on Sticky: RogueSpear's Runtime Collection (2nd to the top).

It's what I use in my installations. (just add it like any regular hotfix into nLite, it will place it in the SVCPACK folder automatically, gets installed during the "Registering Components" part of the install)
