Probs Installing Windows XP Update

Just a quick question, i have just installed the lasted hotfixes just before i finish my disk, before i added the last lot i could install xp into VM with out any errors now after the updates i get an error after the first reboot saying "can not find c:\windows\setup.ini" then just keeps rebooting i use the webmedic script v3 to do the update. has anyone got any idears what it is all about
