My wpa.dbl further only 3kB is large after the activation, why? I

tried it several times. The file copied after system32 does not

activate also Windows. What is wrong?

That's vague. Are you trying to copy wpa.dbl from a cd after you formated to bypass activation? wpa.dbl contains many variables, such as disk size, amount of ram, etc. When you format you get a new digital id, and other things that might make wpa.dbl not work. The only time wpa.dbl will work is if youre restoring it to the same install it was made in.

If you've copied wpa.dbl after activation, and restore it to the same computer after a fresh install, and there has had no hardware changes, the same CD key used, etc, will work. This has been around since (as far as I can remember) RC1.
