Error 25002 and unrelated Cheetah Error. Help?

I am trying to setup Alcohol %120 but I get the error 25002 which I search and do part of the following...

I am un able to locate the Key so I just delete the file which results in the same thing.

I believe that from my last problem where I my 16GB of computer data was recently erased that resulted with a lost system files and incompleted files that was renamed. During this many of my program files was damage forcing me to reinstall my programs.

Two of these programs I just discovered was

Cheetah

Alcohol %120

I had to reinstall Cheetah after manually deleting the files of the original Cheetah. I tried install the rcent Cheetah but the buttons would not react. So I used my original Cheetah I had and now I get

Writing Error of Unkown Origin.

Any help?

Okay the fault is that I brought the wrong discs. In fact the brand of disc I brought has been reported to not work on certain drives...Like the one I have which is a DVD+r recorder that states it can record DVD-R but then again alot of other drives have had problems with this recording type.
