What is this ms_ffh.dll file?

Norton warned that this file is infected with "downloader" virus and quarantined it. Now it pops up the message "can't find windows\system32\ms_ffh.dll" evey time I enter windows. I can't find any info about this ms_ffh.dll file on the net. And I can not delete the related info in regedit, it seems a system driver or something. What on earth is this file? What should I do to fix it or delete it completely? Thanx in advance~

Run this tool, then download and install Avast Home Free Edition v4.7, update it and see what it has to say.
