Small Problem when integrating RVM Pack

This isn't really a problem, more an annoyance but im not sure if its just an nlite problem or a problem with the actual pack. When integrating the latest RVM update pack Nlite promps the user saying that the file is newer than the one integrating.

I've attached a screen capture of what happens.

Does this happen with everyone else?

yes and u should blame m$ for that not nlite or ryans pack.......
