Integration drivers into nlite from installed windows

Can I use the drivers which I have just installed in my "running" windows xp?

What about to remove all the drivers in nlite, and integrate only the drivers which I need for my devices, and use for it the inf files in directory

C:\windows\inf. Is it possible?
