Registry Tweaking User Interface Problem

I am trying to customize my user interface in WinXP and I downloaded and created a .reg file to add services as a button under My Computer, however it doesn't work.

Here is the code I used:

I don't know how different this is from yours, but it works for me.

Try Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 instead of REGEDIT4
