un4given1 Posted October 6, 2003 Posted October 6, 2003 select all files from the save as type drop down menu ... and have the file name as .htaccessjust a small bit of information that most people do not know. When you save a file in notepad you do not have to select "All Files." You can simply surround the file in quotes and it names the file that no matter what the file type is set to.
