WinServer 2003 - Rename Recycle Bin ?

I would like to know if their's a way to rename the recycle bin on WinServer 2003..TweakUI for win2k3 doen not allow it anymore...

Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated,

Put this in the reg file and run it.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 

;Allow renaming of Recycle Bin
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\ShellFolder]
"Attributes"=hex:50,01,00,20
"CallForAttributes"=dword:00000000

this will add a option to remane to the recycle bin menu!
