Although they are a bit large, a program called CoverPro will automatically take the jpg file and resize it.

hey they are pretty cool! although id suggest using nero cover designer not cover pro, i have both and nero is the best for covers, cover pro is best for disc stickers (cant figure out how to get nero designer to align the image to the stickers on the paper.. so i use cover pro for that.) cheers Aaron
