DysfunktinaL Posted January 21, 2007 Posted January 21, 2007 I was just wondering if there was a windows command line option for waking a PC via Wake on LAN without downloading any other apps? Or, if there is a small standalone exe that will let me do this?Or, if anyone could customize an app that would do this as well. Hardcoded with a password prompt is prefferable!

DysfunktinaL Posted January 21, 2007 Author Posted January 21, 2007 Yeah, I found that site already, but there is nothing about batch files on there. There is one that you can use with perl, but that requires installing perl first, and doesn't do what I need it to do.
Yzöwl Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 There are 'small standalone' exe /com programs however, which can be invoked through the command-line /batch.
DysfunktinaL Posted January 22, 2007 Author Posted January 22, 2007 You wouldn't happen to have a link to any of these would you? I have been looking around for a while and I cannot seem to find any.
Yzöwl Posted January 22, 2007 Posted January 22, 2007 There are some freeware offerings linked to from that page you've found already!
