Installing Windows XP Pro to C:\Windows... can it be done?

Where I work a customer is looking to have this done.

What file would I edit on the Windows XP Pro disc to accomplish this. Is this possible from a fresh install?

I thought Windows XP Home Edition went to c:\Windows and Windows XP Professional went to C:\Winnt by default.

Setting up Windows XP Professional (if I remember right..... I will be giving it a test either today or tomorrow) I didn't think that you could tell it which directory to go to.
