need help, program trying to run when windows starts. want to stop it

i tried to make a partition with partition magic but when i restarted windows to let it apply the changes i got error message XMNT 2002 could not be found disk check is stopping or something like that. how do i get that to stop? do not know where to look, i tried the startup folder under msconfig but did not see anything there related. thank you

why dont u switch over to acronis parition magic? its 100x better than partition magic
