Previous installer requires restart before Xpize can continue

Yep, that's what the installer is telling me all of a sudden when I'm doing a UA, AutoIT scripted installation of Xpize. Of course, I choose "continue anyway" and everything goes on smoothly. I don't understand where this message came from because it appeared out of nowhere. It used to be all good and fancy, but no more. I thought "well, I'll just put it number one on the installation list then". No sir, the problem still remains.
