What hotfixes i integrate? and other questions.

Sorry my bad language, i am from finland.

My problems:

i have Windows XP home edition (FIN)

what hotfixes i need to download that i integrate them with nlite?

and how can i get the xp works very fast and that it goes small? is there some preset or something?
