block defualt picture viewer

plzz tell me where this program is located Windows Picture and Fax Viewer ???

e.g c:\windows\picviewr.exe

The dll required for the image viewer is shimgvw.dll inside C:\windows\system32.

It is not a self-contained exe, it's like the embedded zip file support

To unregister it use "regsvr32 /u shimgvw.dll".

I dont recommend unregistering the dll as by doing so it would also remove the ability to show thumbnail for pictures in windows explorer..
