twig123 Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 I just downloaded the latest version of nLite (v1.3 Beta) and when I try to add Hotfixes from the below listed DIR I get an error message that says: "Detected Uncompatible Path" "Please be sure the files are located in an ASCII named folder."E:\Twig06\~Source~\Addins\2006-09-20I have always been able to use this path structure with the previous versions of nLite... even if the "~'s" and "-'s" are not ASCII. Why is this just now becoming an issue? ...because I would really prefer not to have to change my DIR naming schemes....~Dave
nuhi Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 Ok, gonna adjust it a little. If you put some weird unicode characters then cab file compression fails.
bledd Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 whats wrong with E:\Nlite\addons or E:\Nlite\driversjust use simple paths!
nuhi Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 bledd, probably because he likes Source sorted at the top.I use that for music --- like you put [New] and then i always know where is the new folder...at the top...because of the first char [.
