Problems with formating partition during the installation

Hi,

I am a student and I use original Windows XP SP2 taken from MSDNAA program. The problem is, I cannot use nLite on it. There are 2 versions of windows on that CD - Professional and Home. I tried to copy that first version to my hdd. All went smooth, nLite saw it, but i had problems during the installation. I couldn't format any partition I created. Installation said that CD might be corrupted or there is not enough memory to do that (format) operation. Normal CD (not nlited) works without any problems, so I really have no idea what might have been wrong. I haven't removed any of components, just wanted to set few tricks for windows plus automatic installation.

Does anyone have any idea what's wrong and how can I fix it ?
