vlc mce plugin?

Im setting up a new system for the new hdtv. I didn't like the quality I got when streaming from a computer to my xbox 360, so I decided to connect my laptop to the tv through a vga connection and play videos like that. So I can't play my videos(xvid) in mce. I need a plugin that uses vlc to play my videos.
